Contractor will work in the D.C. office Tuesday - Thursday and WFH Monday and Friday. This role involves supporting the Driver Safety Programs by managing events through Cvent, ensuring accurate data synchronization, and providing technical support. The Event Coordinator will oversee pre-event, live, and post-event activities, including participant management, reporting, and process improvements. They will also coordinate with volunteers and administrators, offer customer service, and support new or pilot programs when needed. Pre-Event Support •Consult with Driver Safety and Cvent Admins to structure events (RSVP, data capture, etc.). •Conduct quality checks to ensure event accuracy and launch events. •Communicate with staff and volunteers to meet event requirements and deadlines. •Manage participant registrations (adding, editing, or canceling). •Monitor the Volunteer Portal and Cvent to resolve sync issues. •Coordinate with the Member Contact Center to assist with registration issue
