The ability to multitask along with excellent planning, organizational and math skills is essential. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. The buyer candidate should have experience negotiating material contracts with knowledge of food commodity buying a plus. The individual should have excellent problem solving and solid business decision making expertise.
