POSITION DESCRIPTION: Candidate is responsible for precise, safe, proper mixing, controlling, dispensing, preparing and serving of a variety of beverages, liquors, beers and fine wines in a fast paced entertaining environment. Candidate must understand that this job requires the ability to verbally communicate, explain and sell all types of beverages to bar patrons, beverage servers and other staff by exceeding and anticipating guests' expectations. Candidate must maintain accurate records for cashiering and inventory as designated by management. Candidate will maintain the cleanliness of coolers, bar equipment, glassware, decanters and any other service items associated with beverage service and health code requirements.
