Management supports career growth, and the emphasis on safety and communication makes for a healthy, productive work environment. Most projects run smoothly, but don’t expect much innovation. However, tools sometimes arrive and interdepartmental communication. Job roles are well defined but lack flexibility. Still, it’s a safe and fair environment.
