Job Description Job Description Position Summary Run and maintain the automated canning line for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, delivering consistent fill levels, seam integrity, and package quality while meeting daily throughput targets and all food-safety requirements. Core Responsibilities Line Setup & Operation• Stage raw materials (empty cans, ends, trays, cartons). • Configure, calibrate, and start up depalletizer, rinser, filler, seamer, date coder, and pack-off equipment per standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Monitor downstream conveyors for jam-free flow. Quality & Compliance• Perform and log fill-height, seam dimension, dissolved-oxygen, and torque checks at required intervals. • Reject non-conforming product and initiate corrective action. • Follow cGMP, HACCP, SQF, and OSHA guidelines at all times.
