Complete all initial treatment assessments forms and establish DSM V diagnosis for each client. Consult with Supervisor and update the diagnosis as needed. Maintain timely and accurate progress notes. Attend professional development opportunities provided by practice to improve service delivery and enhance the clinician’s skill set.
