Highly recommended environment. We all work together to meet our goals, and management does a great job of fostering that collaborative spirit. Training is clear, goals are reasonable, and you’re rewarded for doing a good job. It's both reassuring and inspiring to be an integral part of a media organization that prioritizes integrity, positive societal impact, and thoughtful content. Benefits are standard, offering health insurance and retirement plans but lacking extras. there's a real sense of community. Leadership recognizes and rewards hard work. I haven’t faced any major issues here, and management generally stays out of the way.
