Job Summary The Barback-Banquets is responsible for the restocking and documentation of the bars inventory to enhance customer/guest services. Starting rate is $16.60 per hour. After 90-days, rate goes up to $20.75 per hour. Description: The Porter & Barback is responsible for ensuring that the Club bar and facilities are clean, properly stocked and maintained, and prepared for guest use in accordance with state, federal, and Company guidelines. This position is not a security position and in no way is authorized to address or intervene in any type of guest relations situation. The General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Nightclub Manager or Executive Team at large are the only authorized individuals to address or intervene in any type of guest relations situation.
