Job Summary L'Auberge de Sedona is a Forbes rated resort located on the banks of Oak Creek in the majestic red rock country of Sedona, AZ. The Pastry Cook is responsible for planning prepping setting up and providing quality service in all areas of food production related to pastry, baking, dessert plating and other menu items and specials in accordance with standards and plating guide specifications. Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: + Three to six months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. + Food Handlers Certification (must comply with State Regulations). + Ability to switch tasks quickly and often. + Ability to work as a part of a team. + Ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions. + Knowledge understanding and ability to apply fundamental techniques of preparing pastries and baked goods. + Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly
