Hours: M-Th 7am -5pm F 7am-2pm Project: 300 million high rise multifamily mixed use 32 months, plenty work after completion 1. Planning & Coordination Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors. Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained. 2. Budget & Cost Management Prepare cost estimates and track expenses. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. Monitor financial performance and prevent cost overruns. 3. Team Leadership & Communication Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and laborers.
