Position: Estimator Location: Dulles VA (Hybrid 1-2 times in office) Salary: 115-125k Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator with a strong emphasis on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of commercial construction processes and a proven track record in accurately estimating project costs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating MEP systems for commercial construction projects.
