Baked is a classic American bakery and cafe based out of Brooklyn, NY. Our bakery specializes in (even obsesses about) all manners of Americana baking. We create an array of cakes (we are particularly fond of the three-layer and Bundt variety), cookies, pies, tarts, muffins, scones, bars and brownies. Like all great entrepreneurs, Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito, bit off more than they could chew.
