The Plant Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of operations within the transformer manufacturing facility. This role requires expertise in Lean principles and methodologies to drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, and enhance productivity while ensuring high-quality products and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the adoption and implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies throughout the plant. Identify opportunities for waste reduction, process optimization, and efficiency improvement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and problem-solving. Utilize Lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S, Kanban, and standardized work to drive operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks, constraints, and inefficiencies Lead and mentor a team of production managers, supervisors, engineers, and operators in Lean principles and practices.
