General Superintendent The successful candidate will have the ability to be an expert in all aspects of construction. They are competent in base building concrete and building shell, interior CSA and MEP work, commissioning, and project closeout. They are mentors to the project team members, and they actively work to build the team through both individual development and recruiting new team members. They oversee the schedules of their projects and manage the teams to make sure the jobs are completed on time. The Sr. Superintendent is capable of running very large projects or multiple projects simultaneously. They work with their safety committee to establish policies and implement them in projects.
