Essential duties can include working with a plumber dedicated to this work location; troubleshooting minor maintenance problems involving carpentry, cement masonry, electrical, structural, and equipment repair or replacement; performing preventive maintenance such as basic rough and finish carpentry, caulking, basic cement masonry, drywall, basic electrical repair and lighting repair, painting, patching roofs or walls, replacing glass, etc.; performing routine repairs such as changing light bulbs, repairing ballast and light fixtures, unstopping toilets; assembling, moving, or repairing furniture; repairing and replacing door knobs or locks, cabinet/desk/closet closures, door hinges; and recommending solutions.
