This person would be responsible for directly handling moderate to complex E&S Commercial General Liability claims including Slip and Falls, Premise Liability, Garage Liability, and Bodily Injury losses from inception through settlement. Responsibilities of this position include coverage analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and settlement of assigned claims. This person would have the ability to work remotely. Handle a pending of 80 – 100 E&S Commercial General Liability files. Analyze coverage as it relates to the facts and allegations of the claim.
