Base Salary Range is $70,000 - $90,000 Commission OTE is $50,000 - $160,000 Vehicle Allowance BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities by developing a sales strategy and leveraging the proven sales model that focuses on building relationships with potential customers. Successful Business Development Managers will be meeting or exceeding conversion rates, by generating new leads, aligning with industry partners, attending trade association events and building a strong book of business. PRINCIPAL DUTIES

A Day in the Life: Manage retail business including sales process, finance, and sales team. Assist in the management of all other store processes as needed and support omni-channel sales. Wage: $43,888.00/yr + eligible for bonus incentives What You’ll Do: Sales Meet and exceed sales targets Manage and lead the sales team Including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and performance management Drive strong CRM metric accountability Achieve KPI targets Support Digital Retailing initiatives, including Rent2Buy Finance Ensure completion of Finance deal packages Promptly follow up on all missing documents and pending deals Work with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics Support the Finance and Insurance process and performance Store Management Achieve high customer service score (NPS) Train Sales Staff in customer interaction and processes Oversee store management as the second highest employee at location Support inventory and reconditioning processes Pricing of cars as needed
