**Summary** The Senior Accountant is required to be responsible for accounting related activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and general ledger accounting as they relate to a small subsidiary whose activities support the critical tasks of administering the corporations interest in Prince William Sound and the Village of Chenega. **Responsibilities** + Responsible for all aspects of accounting: accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing for approximately 5 staff, and general ledger accounting that includes monthly journal entries, monthly reconciliations of subsidiary ledgers, monthly bank reconciliations, monthly accruals and reversals, fixed asset accounting, grant reporting, and monthly revenue recognition and analysis. + Monitor and analyze monthly operating results. + Prepare financial analysis for reports and decision making. + Publish monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and other management reports as needed
