Upon leaving active duty, Jim joined KB Home where he successfully went from managing a scattered lot acquisition program to managing full-scale land acquisition and development. After leaving KB Home, Jim formed his own company to acquire and cultivate residential properties. When Jim finally joined BHK Capital he had already developed 20 subdivisions in northeast Florida Serving as Chief Financial Officer for BHK Capital, Robert Kennelly earned a law degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Emory University's School of Law, Goizueta Business School, and Emory College. He is a licensed CPA and an active member of the State Bar of Georgia. Following graduation, Robert joined KPMG working as a staff accountant. Before leaving in 1996, he made his way up to tax partner. Afterward, he went into business with a client in the real estate residential development industry.
