Patent Litigation Associate - EE/CS Our client is a major law firm, seeking a patent litigation associate with 2-4 years for its Intellectual Property Litigation and Technology groups in New York, Boston, Houston, Washington, DC, and Hartford, CT. The salary range for this position is between $225 to $285k. Qualifications 2-4 years of patent litigation experience, including managing all phases of patent litigation. Experience overseeing document production and review, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, and preparing reports with experts. Experience with inter partes reviews and PTAB trial proceedings is a plus. A technical background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering, or related discipline is required. Strong academic credentials with excellent communication skills. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
