Upon receipt of a case, BioRec® will spend a maximum of three (3) hours assessing the facts and developing a plan of action. Our clients will then receive a telephone call describing the major case issues, our plan of action, the probable turn-around time, and cost ranges. These ranges will be met unless unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., the client sends additional voluminous records). After the project is finished, BioRec® will deliver a verbal opinion before a report is sent. This opinion will be based on physics and scientific principles and is not influenced by the client's case position. We have found that clients greatly appreciate our way of doing business.
