About Birch's on the Lake
Birch's Restaurant and Bar has officially moved to the Lake! The iconic building was first home to the Hanson House in the 1960's and then became Billy's Lighthouse, a favorite spot for many inhabitants of Long Lake and nearby western suburbs. It had sat abandoned since 2006, until its revival from local restaurateur Burton Joseph and local brewmaster Brennan Greene. Birch's on the Lake Brewhouse
