Job Title: Senior Payroll Accountant Job Summary: At Quick Quack Car Wash, we are continually looking to find ways to develop and innovate our processes to work smarter and faster. The Senior Payroll Accountant will be responsible for accounting of payroll related activities, which include but not limited to, preparing and maintaining various payroll reports, recording payroll journal entries, perform reconciliation of payroll related general ledger, and prepare allocation of benefit expenses. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Review and prepare payroll journal entries for each pay cycle • Maintain accurate payroll reports to ensure payroll expenses are allocated accordingly • Perform reconciliation of payroll related general ledger accounts • Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing payroll
