Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Graphics Project Manager is responsible for the on-time and cost-optimizing delivery of all graphics projects assigned to them by the Senior Program Manager. The Graphics Project Manager is expected to ensure a world-class experience for clients throughout a project’s lifecycle. The Graphics Project Manager will obtain critical project data from clients and account managers alike and accurately disseminate this data to internal stakeholders who will help to facilitate the project’s completion. This position will monitor and manage every phase of a graphics job through effective communication and coordination with other functional areas of the Company (design, production, shipping, install, etc.), in addition to communication with clients. The Graphics Project Manager will consistently review client orders to ensure accurate and on-time product delivery, while, at the same time, monitor costs to ensure budgets are met. Responsibilities: Research, plan, design, and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials Consults with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time. Plans schematic design of project and integrates engineering elements into unified design for client review and approval. Reviews drawings and contract documents for building contractors. Participates in construction contracts and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans. Use of computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans. Review work with Sr. Staff to ensure applications of sound architectural practices.
