Job Description Job Description Clinical Screeners conduct specialized assessments of children who are placed in substitute care and their former guardians. The assessments include developing a DSM-5 diagnostic impression, estimating violence potential, as well as an assessment of parenting capacity. Clinical Screeners complete specialized reports that are used to inform treatment planning and develop permanency plans for children. Clinical Screeners work from home, with some regional travel to conduct assessments within the region in which they reside.
