Prior to forming Briarcliff, Jeffrey was a founding member of a regional apartment management company, leading its acquisitions department. He also has ten years of experience in apartment brokerage as a Director of the National Multi Housing Group for Marcus & Millichap, where he was responsible for the sale of apartment property nationwide.
