We are looking to hire a hard-working and experienced lead line cook to oversee all food preparation activities and ensure that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. The lead line cook’s responsibilities include assisting the head chef in preparing dishes, motivating our line cooks, and ensuring that food items are stored properly. Our ultimate goal for the kitchen is to create the highest quality dishes while ensuring specs are followed correctly and consistently.
