This is a full-time technical position involving the design, development, and maintenance of engineering analysis software packages and aircraft performance data. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering and data support for the Company’s runway analysis, flight planning and weight and balance software applications, ensuring they accurately reflect the aircraft manufacturer’s original Aircraft Flight Manuals (AFM), Pilot Operating Handbooks (POH) and software modules. Some software development skills may be required. The Aircraft Performance Engineer I is also responsible for maintaining quality assurance by validating the digital aircraft data, testing completed aircraft files against applicable manufacturer data, and testing aircraft data in the final software release using customer tools.
