About the Role: The Of Counsel will manage a select caseload, providing strategic oversight and high-level legal guidance on a variety of insurance defense matters. Responsibilities: Handle and/or supervise a caseload of complex insurance defense matters, including but not limited to general liability, premises liability, construction defect, auto, and professional liability claims. Draft and review pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and trial documents. Participate in and/or oversee depositions, mediations, and court appearances. Work collaboratively with partners, associates, clients, and claims professionals to develop effective litigation strategies. Qualifications: 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in insurance defense. Proven ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
