Overview: The Design Specialist ensures the successful execution of Pollo Campero’s restaurant openings and remodels by developing feasibility sketches, test fits, sightline renderings, and reviewing construction drawings. Working closely with internal and external design professionals and project managers, the Design Specialist supports the full restaurant design process from concept to completion.
