Vessel detailing, bottom preparation, and painting will also fall under this classification as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the execution of approved work as a hands-on technician Wash and prepare vessels in preparation for top-coat treatment and apply compounds and waxes appropriate for each substrate Buff, wax, and final wash-down after the job is complete, and pre-delivery prep Assist with fiberglass fabrication and repair - both structural as well as cosmetic Assist with Awlgrip paint work on full yacht paint projects, blends, and repairs.
