Lead Operating Engineer Falls Church, VA 7am-3:30pm $75,000-85,000 The Lead Operating Engineer (LOE) effectively performs engineering duties, supports, manages and develops assigned engineers, engages with the onsite client team, partners with the Facility Coordinator, and engages in the technical operation of integrated chiller/plant facility management including electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression systems in a 24x7 environment with no unplanned downtime to the critical load. The LOE advises the Facility Manager about technical issues and recommends engineering solutions to solve building systems problems. The focus of LOE activities shall be to maintain 100% uptime of the facility utilizing the assigned engineer team and vendor partners.
