Sanitation Operator FULL-TIME $18.24/hr JOB FUNCTIONS This position involves cleaning and sanitizing the food processing plant and equipment to meet safety and quality standards. The worker will disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment, ensuring no damage and maintaining organization. The role requires teamwork and adherence to safety procedures when handling chemicals. The worker must follow GMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs while being flexible to perform other tasks as directed by the supervisor. ▪ Remove debris from machinery, floors, and contact points. ▪ Bag electrical equipment before rinsing. ▪ Disassemble and pre-rinse equipment as needed. ▪ Scrub and rinse food contact surfaces, equipment, and room. ▪ Reassemble equipment for the next day's production. ▪ Complete daily paperwork.
