Job Description Job Description Concrete Laborer/Finisher About This Position: As a laborer or concrete finisher for Craftsmen Resources, you will be involved in multiple construction projects including residential, commercial, and industrial work. Our average work week is Monday – Friday, 07:00-3:30p, although certain projects may require overtime or a variable schedule. As a concrete finisher, you may be tasked with the following: Place and finish concrete aggregates to spec with appropriate hand or power tools including: floats, trowels, and screeds. Measure, assemble, and install wood or metal forms according to plan. Safely operate core drills, power vibrators, edging tools, wall saws, slab saws; and other trade related tools. Operate demolition tools such as chipping hammers and jack hammers. Operate shotcrete blasting machines when necessary. Apply sealers and varnish when necessary.
