Candidates must live in market or be able to relocate at their own expense. The OSP Installation Inspector is responsible for coordinating fiber-to-the-home service by monitoring project progress and addressing issues to meet cost, quality, and scheduling goals. This role also provides recommendations to management to keep projects on track. Key Responsibilities Manage fiber circuit installations, collaborating with internal teams to meet deadlines. Interpret construction documents, including prints, plans, and fiber splicing diagrams. Supervise all field personnel and oversee contract resources as needed. Ensure compliance with fiber design, splicing matrix sheets, and documentation requirements. Coordinate outside plant installation teams and troubleshoot plant issues.
