Job Description Job Description The Fitness Center Manager is responsible for ensuring the effective and safe operation of the fitness floor, fostering a welcoming environment, and maintaining a high standard of service for members and guests. This role includes staff supervision, equipment maintenance oversight, member engagement, and support for fitness programming. The Fitness Center Manager will lead, by example, uphold the organization's values, and contribute to the department’s goals. This position is classified as Exempt and offers a benefits package.
