You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are accounted for and properly estimated, helping the company maintain profitability and competitiveness. Job Requirements Details: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment etc. Perform quantity takeoffs and material takeoffs from drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine the exact quantities of materials needed for a project.
