Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provides transportation services to Linwood Adults as assigned. Conducts daily visual inspections and report any vehicle damage. Keeps open communication with all Linwood Managers. Initiates, organizes, manages, and schedules the vehicle cleaning. Schedules all maintenance appointments and have vehicles transported to and from designated mechanic, and communicate with the Facilities Maintenance Manager. Maintains detailed records for all of Linwood Center vehicles. Assists with the planning and assign transportation routes for the Adult Program. Performs vehicle checks twice a week. Keeps the Vehicle Log organized, up to date in conjunction with the facilities manager. Attends weekly meetings with Red Branch Leadership Team. Ensure Red Branch vans appropriate gas levels are maintained at all times. Utilizes the Enterprise Database for up to date vehicle maintenance checks.
