SUMMARY Manage and maintain operations of 251 or more units for the Tulsa Housing Authority (THA) properties to ensure the assets of the authority are safe guarded and that profitability is maximized. The Senior Property Manager is also responsible for ensuring the long-term viability of the properties following the Asset Management approach of making sure that the sites remain fiscally sound.
