Manage special projects and initiatives at over two hundred plus facilities (24,420,459 Sq. Ft.) in the District (i.e Water Quality Initiative, Carbon Monoxide Detection, etc.). Develop, direct, and deliver specified training and determine application methods, utilizing knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such methods as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings and workshops. Ensure compliance with Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Safety & Health Administration, Texas Department of State Health Services, Texas Department of Licensing & Registration, and Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
