Our client, a rapidly growing company in the Hospitality space, is seeking a skilled and experienced Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Counsel to join the legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&A transactions and corporate law, with 5+ years of relevant experience. This role will be instrumental in supporting strategic growth initiatives through successful M&A activities. This role is onsite multiple days a week in Denver, and relocation candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and support on all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and documentation. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transactional documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents.
