Description: Perform substation control building and relay panel project reviews throughout The Company and compare with the Company standard drawings. This will require understanding the Company Standards and reviewing the project drawings to see if there were any deviations. This will also require trips to project sites to review the completed product. The results of these reviews will need to be put together and shared back to the Substation Control Standards Supervisor to report on the effectiveness of standards across Southern Company. Qualifications/Experiences: Experience with doing Substation Control Design Knowledge of the Power Utility Experience with making field visits to Substations Able to compare project drawings to the Company Standard Effective communication skills and ability to provide detailed reports Ability to travel throughout the Company footprint to perform project reviews (MS, GA, AL) Self-motivated and able to take on tasks and complete them with little overs
