This individual will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of project performance, from planning to completion, ensuring high-quality results and safety compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple projects or a single large project (up to $20M), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Proactively anticipate, manage, and resolve issues with peers and clients to minimize disruptions to project performance. Plan for upcoming work 4-6 weeks in advance, ensuring foremen are held accountable for labor, materials, and equipment availability to meet bid production rates.
