We've been around for over a decade training in all Miami Dade. In outdoor spaces, gyms, clients homes, and fitness events. Coaching endurance athletes as well as helping folks from all ages , gender, and ethnicity to improve their health and appearance. Now it's time to bring it all to one indoor location. Our new 6,500 sf facility will allow us to host multiple classes and one-on-one training simultaneously with plenty of functional training equipment, free weights, plate loaded machines, and obstacle rigs.
