The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for the formulation, administration and coordination of industrial and manufacturing engineering projects, policies, processes, methods and procedures designed to improve operating performance, reduce waste and delays and otherwise promote cost reductions on a company-wide basis. Must be familiar with the IATF certification process and have a knowledge of the APQP process. Support new product start-up & launches. Duties to include but not limited to: Identify opportunities or implement changes to improve products or reduce costs using knowledge of fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment, assembly methods, quality control standards, or product design, materials and parts.
