This role will be a stand-alone Accounts Payable specialist and will work closely with the Controller. This role will be a temp to perm role that is hybrid with flexible hours. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares and processes payments for vendor invoices. Reviews purchase orders, statements, and invoices to verify for payment. Record and reconcile credit card transactions. Responds to client inquiries and resolves any discrepancies. Other Special Projects as needed.
