Oversees maintenance of aircraft and schedules services accordingly while maintaining accurate logbooks. Schedules and manages payments for student written exams through PSI. Works in Flight Schedule Pro to process billing and student financial records. Maintains and creates employee and student profiles in Flight Schedule Pro to include medical certificates, FAA certificates, drivers license, TSA Security Authorizations, and Proof of Residency. Coordinate billing for refueling of aircraft with other FBOs in the northeast region. Maintains and updates inventory stored at the dispatch office to include oil, oil filters, magnetos, spark plugs, deicing equipment, etc. Works in Flight Schedule Pro in the training hub to update training syllabuses per Jeppesen.
