DuBose Insurance Agency, family owned and operated, was established in 1926 to serve the insurance needs of the many businesses and individuals located in Texas. J. O. DuBose, founder of the agency specialized in fire and health coverage. At the death of J. O. DuBose, the agency was purchased by his brother, Whit M. DuBose in February of 1948. The agency was joined by his son, John C. DuBose, in May of 1959 and in 1980 by Desiree (Sissy) Mills, daughter of John C. DuBose. In June of 1990, a branch office was opened in Seguin, Texas, under the name of Seguin Insurance Agency. We take pride in the quality service provided to our customers, our community concern, and our commitment to the overall development of our employees. As an Independent Insurance Agency, we represent some of the top insurance companies in the country. That means better coverage, at a competitive price. All of our employees are licensed insurance professionals and we have numerous producers throughout South Central Texas.
