QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with customers handling return, repairing, and distribution of customer product. 1. Receive and inspect customer returns per process. 2. Data entry in spreadsheets and databases. 3. Communicate with customer at a technical level via email and web application. 4. Manage transactions through ERP systems and or other web based systems 5. Mechanical disassembly/reassembly of customer units down to the PCB level. 6. Troubleshoot and test customer products to the component level using digital multi-meter, power supplies and customer testing system as required on the path to diagnosing and repairing product 7. SMT Soldering of components using a hot air rework station and soldering iron on customer equipment. 8. Research inconsistencies and correcting if necessary. 9. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
