The position also will work with current students on account balances, counseling financing options, and assist in the enrollment and management of the internal payment plans. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS Promotes exceptional customer service to students and all customers, including the timely, authoritative and professional response to all inquiries. Ability to communicate with customers through phone, email, letter. Collect tuition & fee payments for active and inactive students and provide necessary reporting and reconciling.
